Cancellation and Shipping Policy
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 1 hours of placement by contacting us at care.wallthrift@gmail.com with your order details. Once the order has been processed or shipped (typically after 2 hours), cancellations cannot be allowed. Refunds for successful cancellations will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Areas
We currently ship only within India. All orders are dispatched from our facility after a order is processed.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Saturday). Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas may require additional 1-2 days. Our shipping partners include Bluedart, Ekart, Delhivery, and Amazon Shipping etc.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is provided on all orders above ₹249. Orders below ₹249 incur a flat ₹49 shipping charge.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking information via email and SMS once your order is shipped.
Delivery Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us at care.wallthrift@gmail.com if your order exceeds 10 days in transit.
Damaged/Lost Shipments
For damaged items, please refer to our exchange policy. Claims require an unboxing video submitted within 3 days of delivery. Lost packages will be investigated and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
